Puzzle Workshop 2026

This workshop is our participation in the event "Syria: Hope for Reconstruction," organized by the Keio University SFC Arabic Language Laboratory. The venue is Tokyo Camii (multipurpose hall).

( Saturday, January 24th and Sunday, January 25th, 2026)

You will assemble with your own hands a unique and fascinating design based on Islamic geometric art.

The designs we handle in our workshop are very old, with some dating back over 600 years. However, they still have a modern appeal. We strive to keep the colors of each piece, which are elements of the design, as close to the original colors as possible.

Participants work individually or in pairs to assemble a design, using traditional methods of assembly, such as mosaics and puzzles.
